All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at 28010 Eucalyptus Ave, Moreno Valley, CA 92555. We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Overview

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more (contiguous U.S. only). Orders under $75 are charged a flat $8.99 ground shipping fee.

We work hard to get your parts out the door quickly. Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping costs for expedited services are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Expedited shipping guarantees apply to transit time only — not order processing time. If your order requires same-day dispatch, please place it before 2:00 PM PT and contact us to confirm availability at 1-800-328-2674.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Here's the timeline from order to dispatch:

  • Order verification: We verify payment and inventory before processing. Most orders clear within 1–2 hours during business hours.
  • Picking & packing: In-stock parts are picked, inspected, and packed at our Moreno Valley, CA warehouse.
  • Same-day cutoff: 2:00 PM Pacific Time for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT ship the next business day.
  • Confirmation email: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website:

  • UPS: ups.com
  • FedEx: fedex.com
  • USPS: usps.com

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at 1-800-328-2674 or support@factorparts.com.

Shipping Restrictions

Geographic Restrictions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges apply for AK and HI). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) or international addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders over 10 lbs.

Hazardous Materials

Certain products — including batteries, refrigerants, aerosol chemicals, and other hazardous materials — may be subject to shipping restrictions due to DOT and carrier regulations. These items may only be shipped via ground service and may not be available for shipment to all locations. Restrictions are noted on the product listing page.

Freight & Oversized Items

Large or heavy items such as complete engines, transmissions, differentials, and axle assemblies may ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and are delivered to the curb or garage.

  • Freight orders must be inspected for damage before signing the delivery receipt
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves
  • Photograph all damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We cannot file damage claims for freight shipments if damage is not noted at the time of delivery

Freight shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery for freight items is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Although rare, packages are occasionally lost or damaged in transit. Here's what to do:

Package Not Delivered

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will initiate a carrier trace and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged part before opening further
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and file the carrier claim on your behalf

Do not discard damaged packaging — it may be required by the carrier for their claim investigation.
