If your order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly.
All prices displayed on the site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Factor Parts provides vehicle compatibility information as a guide only. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that any part ordered is correct for their specific vehicle, year, make, model, sub-model, and engine. Factor Parts is not liable for costs incurred due to incorrect part selection by the customer. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us before ordering.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Affirm (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount including taxes and shipping.
Factor Parts does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
In the event of a declined payment, your order will not be processed. We do not retry failed payments without your explicit authorization.
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at 28010 Eucalyptus Ave, Moreno Valley, CA 92555. We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Factor Parts is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or delivery exceptions beyond our control.

We accept returns on most unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Certain parts are non-returnable, including electrical components, special-order items, and hazardous materials. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Factor Parts reserves the right to assess a restocking fee on eligible returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Many parts are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, Factor Parts will facilitate the warranty claim process but is not the warrantor.
Factor Parts does not provide an independent warranty on any product beyond what is expressly stated on the product listing. Products sold "as-is" carry no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable law.

Factor Parts is not responsible for any damage to a vehicle or injury to persons resulting from improper installation or use of parts purchased on this site. Professional installation is recommended for all components.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
